PRODUCT

1.    Do you offer product warranties?

We do not offer warranties on our products.

However, if you notice any defects, please notify us via our Contact Page within 7 days from your receipt of the item. We will be in touch with you shortly thereafter to advise on the next steps.

2.    What if the size that I want is out of stock?

Simply contact us at custsvcs@schocs-n-schues.com with the model and size that you want, and we will respond to you within 3 working days.

 ORDERING & PAYMENT

1.    Can I cancel / amend my order after payment has been made?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations / amendments after orders have been placed. However, you may wish to raise a returns request. Do take a look at our Returns Policy for further details.

2.    What payment modes do you accept?

We currently accept 2 main payment modes:

    • via PayPal
    • via Visa / Mastercard / American Express credit or debit cards

3.    Do you accept cash on delivery? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery at the moment. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1.    What are your delivery charges?

For delivery within Singapore, you may choose either the S$1.99 Standard Shipping or a Premium Courier service at S$5.99 that comes with order tracking and re-delivery if you are not home during drop-off.

Local delivery charges on our Standard Shipping service will be waived for orders S$100 and above.

International shipping is fixed at S$18 per order.

2.    When will I receive my order?

For local deliveries, your order will arrive within 3 – 5 working days (for both Standard Shipping & Premium Courier).

For international shipping, estimated delivery times range from 3 – 10 working days, subject to customs clearance.

3.    What happens if I’m not home during the delivery?

If you select the Premium Courier option, our local delivery partner will make 2 more re-delivery attempts.

For Standard Shipping, our delivery partner will leave a collection notice in your mailbox to provide instructions for self-collection.

RETURNS & DEFECTS

1.    What happens if I receive a defective product?

Please notify us via our Contact Page within 14 days of your receipt of the item, indicating "Defects & returns" for the "Type of Enquiry", and we will be in touch with you shortly on the next steps.

2.    Do you allow returns?

Yes we do! Simply refer to our Returns Policy for details.
